All the liquid photopolymer products provide tack free finishing, good ink coverage, impressive plate resilience, superior ultraviolet resistance and durability. Photopolymer products from Polyfaber are compatible to the environment as the production processes do not involve any use of solvent.

MYPOL 21/A

Mypol 21/A is the standard liquid photopolymer for all types of corrugate cardboard. This liquid photopolymer is a flexible solution, uniquely formulated for flexographic print plates. Mypol 21/A is available in different hardness levels : 25, 32 and 36 ShoreA. The products assure high quality tack free printing plate with great solids coverage and minimal dot gain. Excellent resilience, wide image latitude, and superior durability are the other benefits from this product.

MYPOL 20

Mypol 20 is designed with a lower hardness level of 18 ShoreA, ideal for corrugate cardboard with fluted corrugated surface. This product delivers tack free plate surface and high quality solid coverage on printing. The Mypol 20 is formulated with the aliphatic product to prevent the yellowing of plates.

MYPOL CAPPING

The Mypol Capping, the liquid photopolymer with great hardness of 50 Shore A, is designed for capping onto the Mypol 20 or the 25 ShoreA Mypol 21/A. This excellent hardness capping polymer assures the best printing performance while the softer base polymer provides maximum compressibility.

MYPOL S

The liquid photopolymer, Mypol S is specially formulated for the stamping industry. The non-yellowing product comes in 55 ShoreA hardness, and is suitable for printing on paper products. Mypol S offers excellent thermal and UV stability and tack free plate surface. Mypol S is available in two formulations of different photospeeds, ideally suitable for all kinds of UV lamp power.

BASE FILM

Polyfaber offers the 125 micron PET base film which coated with designed formulation to provide very high adhesion between the PET substrate and liquid photopolymer printing plates. The base film comes in a roll of 150 meter sheet.

ADHESIVE BASE FILM

The adhesive base film is the 125 micron PET base film, coated with a layer of adhesive surface for easy mounting. This product provides excellent adhesion between the PET substrate and liquid photopolymer printing plates.
